We are now a Double Digit family!

Yesterday was a bittersweet day...our baby turned 10! We are now officially a double digit family (47, 41, 17, 12, 10). It is exciting see what beautiful people our children are growing into. They are healthy, they love Jesus, they doing incredible academically and have talents beyond what I can comprehend. They even get along...at times. All that being said...OUR BABY IS 10!! Our last one to actually be able to PICK UP and cuddle. I tried picking her up to carry her to bed when she fell asleep on the couch...😳 I nearly killed her and me. I was going through old photos the other day. Notice I said "old" photos. They were from back in the day we actually printed photos. I was hard pressed to find any actual prints of our youngest. Anyway...there were tons of my oldest. As I looked, I smiled, laughed, teared up and cried. I wanted to reach in and grab him. Hold him close. Hear his little voice. How did all this time go by so fast? How did I become a mother of all double digit children? As hard as it may be to accept that our babies aren't actual babies anymore, I am so excited and honored to be a part of this new phase in our life. I get to witness what these "babies" do with their lives. Lives that we helped shape and direct. I love them more than I can express and am blessed to now be a part of an ALL Double Digit Family
